At Acacia Boutique we are committed to offering the highest quality products accompanied by the highest quality customer service.

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. No Problem! We would be happy to accept your return. Please make sure your item(s) meet the criteria below. No exceptions.

RETURN POLICY:

• At this time we DO NOT offer return labels, so you can send the item(s) back however you prefer.
• All online qualifying purchases must be RECEIVED within 10 days from the date of purchase. IN STORE PURCHASES HAVE 7 DAYS TO RETURN FOR IN STORE CREDIT ONLY.
• Any returns sent after this period will be denied. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and sent free. Original tags must still be attached.
• The original invoice must be included in your return package.
• All SALE items and ALL (jewelry, handbags, bralettes) are FINAL SALE. 
• We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
• Please allow 1-2 business days for return processing.
• If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
